What you provide.

You provide final copy, business details, logo and images you have permission to use. We organise and adapt that material within scope. Research, photography and extensive copywriting are quoted separately.

Revisions and timing.

Two consolidated rounds of revisions are included before launch. We agree on timing and payment terms in the quote after reviewing the content; there is no universal delivery deadline.

Maintenance with limits.

Monthly service covers hosting, HTTPS, technical checks and the minor changes listed in your plan. New sections, redesigns, integrations and unused accumulated work need a separate quote.

Your domain and content.

The domain is registered in your name and your materials remain yours. Once the build is paid, you can request an exportable copy of the site and its content. We agree the transfer before cancellation; monthly fees cover the service while active.

Separate external costs.

Domain registration, professional email, licences, booking services, payment gateways and provider fees are not included. We identify those costs before authorising a tool and do not buy services on your behalf without agreement.

Before we begin.

How is the first year calculated?

Esencial: 500 + (12 × 50) = 1,100 USD. Completo: 1,000 + (12 × 80) = 1,960 USD. Applicable taxes and approved external costs are additional. If payment in pesos is agreed, the conversion is stated in the quote.

Are monthly changes unlimited?

No. Esencial includes one request of up to 30 minutes a month; Completo includes two requests of up to 30 minutes each. These cover changes to existing text or images, do not roll over, and larger changes are quoted first.

Can my site be in English?

Completo includes Spanish and English for up to five content pages. Esencial includes Spanish, with English available on a separate quote. Specialist translation is reviewed and quoted separately.

Are bookings or payments included?

Not in the base plans. We can link to your existing tool. Integrations, live availability, a shopping cart or payments require a technical review, additional scope and possible third-party fees.

What happens after year one?

With the same service, twelve monthly payments total 600 USD for Esencial or 960 USD for Completo, before taxes and external costs. Any price or scope change is communicated and agreed before taking effect.
