Make your expertise clear.

Help people understand whether you serve their situation, what the service includes and how to begin. A clear professional presence starts a conversation without becoming public advice.

What visitors need.

Scope sounds generic.

Monthly accounting, administrative work and one-off advice are different services. Calling everything comprehensive services makes it hard to prepare a useful enquiry.

Client fit is unclear.

Individuals, shops and businesses with more complex operations have different needs. Explain the clients you serve and the practice’s limits.

Initial contact exposes data.

A first conversation should not request passwords, electronic signing credentials or tax documents. The practice later defines an authorised channel for its professional relationship.

Five working ideas.

Five imagined businesses. Five websites you can explore. Menus, rooms, services: each business has its own voice.

Design demonstrations. Not client work.

A useful starting scope.

Clearly defined services.

We organise who each service is for, indicative scope and what requires an initial assessment. The practitioner approves any technical or regulatory references.

An understandable process.

We show how to start an enquiry, how a proposal is prepared and who responds. We do not invent certifications, years of practice, clients or results.

Contact with clear limits.

An enquiry can identify the business type and requested service without sensitive information. Client portals and secure document uploads are separate projects.

No request is sent here. You decide whether to continue on WhatsApp.

A clear first website.

Clear services, who you help, your working process and an enquiry route. No client documents are collected on the website.

Opens WhatsApp with a draft. Nothing is sent automatically.

Before we begin.

Does the site provide tax or legal advice?

No. It introduces the practice and services. Any technical information must be reviewed by the responsible professional and does not replace assessment of an individual case.

Can I publish fees?

Yes, if you choose to share them with their scope, assumptions, taxes and what needs a quote. We do not invent tax savings or present one fee as suitable for every case.

Can the website receive documents?

Not through base contact. A document portal needs defined authentication, permissions, retention and security. It is reviewed separately; we do not ask for sensitive documents on WhatsApp.

Which example shows this approach?

Norte Contable is a fictional practice demonstrating services, process and a simulated enquiry. It is not a real firm, offers no advice and displays no invented clients or credentials.
